Tone & language

For all texts and creatives, at Digital Bash and OnlineMarketing.de alike. Our audience is German-speaking, so all texts are written in German and follow these rules.

Form of address
Informal „du“, lower caseNo „ihr“, no formal „Sie“ – not even on creatives.
Gender-inclusive language
Colon for German terms, e.g. Leser:innenEnglish terms are not gendered. Prefer collective nouns such as Fachkräfte, „alle“ instead of „jeder“.
Compound words

  5. Setup photo delivered, sharp and with a recognisable face
  6. Presentation submitted no later than one day before the event
